1. Introduction

Welcome to Cocoa Du Mell By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

  • Due to the seasonal nature of chocolate, some items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which are shown at checkout.

  • We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If an error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order via credit, debit card and PayPal

4. Products, Allergens & Safety

  • Ingredients & Allergens: A full list of ingredients is provided for all products. All products are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.

  • Allergen Warning: We do not guarantee that any product is 100% free from allergen contamination.

  • Accuracy: Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur as products are handmade.

  • Choking Hazard: Please note that small chocolates may represent a choking hazard and should be kept out of reach of young children.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery charges and estimated times are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier issues, extreme weather).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.

6. Returns & Refunds (Perishable Goods)

  • Perishable Items: Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns simply for change of mind.

  • Faulty Goods: If products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within  24 hours with a photograph of the damage, and we will consider to offer a replacement or refund.

  • Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (photos, logos, text) is the property of Cocoa Du Mell and cannot be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss, including lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the changes.
